Nigel Ferguson

Nigel Ferguson, President, CEO and Director

Nigel Ferguson is a resource and development geologist with 23 years of experience developing precious and base metal resources in Saudi Arabia, South East Asia, Central and Southern America and Africa. Mr Ferguson has held senior management positions for the past 13 years as Project Manager St Barbara Mines Paulsen's Project; Country Manager for Tanzania Ashanti Goldfields; CEO for Condor Resources plc. In addition Mr Ferguson has held several non executive roles with various listed entities on both the TSXV and ASX exchanges.
Michael Velletta

Michael Velletta , Director

Mr. Velletta is a practising lawyer with over 20 years experience and founder of Velletta & Company. Much of his experience is in corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on international minerals, oil and gas exploration, development, and production. In addition to the private practice of law and acting as general counsel for several corporations, Mr. Velletta serves on the board of directors and various committees with Manas Petroleum Corp., listed on the Nasdaq Bulletin Board, and PetroManas Energy Inc., listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Velletta is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and is a governor of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.

Carl Varley

Carl Verley, Director

Carl Verley is an independent geologist. He has been Director at Mountain Province since 1987. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia and the Professional Geologist Designation from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists. He has served on the board of several listed companies including La Plata Gold Corporation, Gee-Ten Ventures and as a director of African Metals Corporation since October 2007.
 Simeon Tshisangma

Simeon Tshisangma, Director

Mr Tshisangma is also Chairman and CEO of TSM Enterprises Sprl, a reputable Congolese company with vast experience in small-scale mining operations in the DRC with a focus in base metals, notably copper, cobalt and tin. Mr Tshisangama has developed business relations with large international companies, such as Vale and BHP for mining projects in DRC through his company TSM Enterprises, Mr.Tshisangama has developed specialized skills in the processing of metallic ores in to semi-finish products that are marketed worldwide. In addition Mr.Tshisangama holds a Social Science Diploma of the University of Lubumbashi, in the DRC. TSM Enterprises holds the remaining equity in the Luisha south Property.
 Ronald "Jono" Lawrence

Ronald "Jono" Lawrence, VP Exploration & Country Manager DRC

Ronald Lawrence has over 19 years experience in managing geological programs in Australia, Asia, Africa and Central America including exploration and development of copper, gold and base metal assets. He also has gained over seven years of experience in senior technical management positions in such companies as Pan Aust Ltd, AGRC (Vedanta), Condor Resources Plc and Medusa Mining Ltd.
James Harris

James Harris, Corporate Secretary

Mr James Harris is a corporate, securities and business lawyer with over 25 years experience in British Columbia and internationally. He has extensive experience with the acquisition and disposition of assets, corporate structuring and restructuring, regulatory requirements and corporate filings, and corporate governance. Clients have included public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board and NASDAQ. Involved in a number of professional and community activities, Mr. Harris has been an instructor at the Professional Legal Training Course for articling students sponsored by the Law Society of British Columbia on the subject of corporate and securities law. Mr. Harris was also a Founding Member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Vancouver Stock Exchange. Apart from his legal education, Mr. Harris has also completed a graduate course in business at the London School of Economics.
 Sheryl Jones

Sheryl Jones, Chief Financial Officer

Ms Jones has approximately fifteen years of accounting experience working primarily for TSX-V listed companies. She is a native of Vancouver, BC For the last four years she has attended Simon Fraser University and Langara College through the Society of Management Accountants of BC.

Peter Rook-Green, Treasurer

Mr Rook-Green obtained a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 1971. He has extensive experience (over forty years) as a financial executive in the resource industry. He served as financial officer and a director of Newmont Mining Corporation’s Canadian subsidiaries until 1989; was director and chief financial officer of City Resources (Canada) Ltd. until 1990, a junior exploration-stage public company which traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange and on NASDAQ in the US; and was a corporate controller, Royal Oak Mines Inc. until 1994, a public gold mining company trading on the Toronto and American Stock Exchanges. Since then Mr. Rook-Green has been president of Rook-Green Investments Inc. (doing business as R-G Management), a company providing business management, accounting services and regulatory filings for Vancouver based public companies.
